As you are applying for exchange student, I believe that you know the rules.
You may choose and rank your ideal schools in the application form.
But you cannot make the final decision which school to attend, unless you choose only one school.
Therefore, you'd better not mention only CSUS if you have multiple choices of school.

I'm sorry that I don't have my study plan in hand.
The best way for you is to search on the Internet. I did the same thing last year when I was writing my study plan.
It won't be hard and complicated to write. You can describe your interests and how it combines with your study.
Furthermore, you can talk about the future that you are looking forward while in your junior year of college.
In the end, you can also write some about your future as you graduate from university.
In my case, I only wrote it within 2 pages. Never mind how many pages you write. Just focus on the points you're trying to say.

Be sure you write your study plan in both Chinese and English. That would show your great sincerity to this selection.
