I just saw the 2007 Exchange Student Selection Policy on the webside of Office of International Exchanges and International Education.
It seems that they move forward the schedule for the selection this year.
I think it's a good change for both the office and the exchange students.
After all, there are really messy during the whole process... Connecting to each sister university is such a tiresome and troubleson thing that you can never imagine if you have never gone through it.
Believe me, I was kind of suffered for that...
Anyway, here is the policy posted on the website:

f.b.美國沙福克大學1英文大學生托福525分以上
c.加拿大布蘭登大學1英文大學生該校提供免費住宿
d.韓國慶南大學2韓文/英文大學生
e.韓國京畿大學1韓文/英文大學生
g.瑞典斯德哥爾摩大學2英文大學生宿舍自理
h.捷克查爾斯大學2英文大學生、研究生

After I read this, I think you guys are really lucky.
There are twice times chances to become an exchange student than us.
